What is Ageless Force Fitness?

A new approach to health and fitness. We have two delivery mechanisms, 1. Locally run personal and group training sessions, currently operating out of Croydon in Victoria (look for a session here). We’ll be expanding this as we become more widely known. And 2. A comprehensive on-line health and exercise portal. Sometimes you just don’t want to be working out with a bunch of others or you don’t like the atmosphere of gyms. In that case the Ageless Force on-line portal may be the answer. It provides a full workout and exercise capability, with thousands of animated exercises for you to follow.

Can I just have an on-line membership?

Yes absolutely. We have two levels of on-line membership, Basic and Pro. Basic provides a good level of exercise activities and workout plans, plus access to the Ageless Force community, where you can learn a lot from other members. Best of all the Basic membership is FREE! Sign up here for the free membership. The Pro membership goes a lot further and it offers access to all of our exercise routines (over 2500) plus even more ready-made workout plans, plus nutrition plans, mobile access and lots more. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time. The Pro membership is available at $198 for a full 12 months.

How much do local group training sessions cost?

Our training model is reflected in our pricing. We have four levels of commitment, Casual, 1month, 3 months and 6 months. To get results we’ll sit down with you and work out a model that suits you.

Are there any pre-requisites to attending a session?

Yes. We need to make sure we can train you safely, so we’ll need you to fill out a pre-exercise screening form. Your safety is our major concern, after all we’re looking for improvements in your health and fitness, not injuries that’ll stop you exercising.

How big are the class sizes?

Generally the’re between 8 and 15 people. Our focus is on giving you that extra assistance, the sort of help you won’t get in a big overcrowded gym. We can cater for your needs irrespective of your fitness level.

Are the classes run in the open outdoors? Winter and rain aren’t my favourite friends!

Our early morning and evening classes are run indoors with the option to go outside, weather permitting. Most summer days will see classes run outdoors, but in winter you’ll be warm and dry.

Can I come casually?

You sure can. Making a commitment from the get go can be daunting so we pretty relaxed about the approach you might want to take. Naturally we’ll do our best to convince you that a consistent and persistent approach will give you the rewards you’re looking for.

How long will it be before I see results?

This is a bit of a chicken and egg question so the answer is “it all depends”. Our starter pack is designed to get you into the habit of making a commitment to exercise a few times a week. Coming along at 3 times per week will test your ability to stay “at it”. There might be some quick wins in there but the real results will show up after you stay committed for at least 3 months. By that stage you should be looking to give yourself a big pat on the back and ready to take the next step.
